149 S Willow St. Reedsburg, WI
149 S Willow St. was a long time family home, built in the early 20th century. With needing to update certain things to code, we were faced with updating HVAC, Electrical (removing Knob & Tube), and framing in the outdoor deck to create a first floor laundry/powerbath. All of this had to be accomplished while still preserving the character of this beautiful older home.
216 W Oak St. Baraboo, WI
216 W Oak St. was a particular fun challenge. We had to create functionality out of very little space. This design was geared towards a single bachelor, with little need for frills in the house itself, but one who desired a large back yard, and sizable garage space.
511 3rd Ave. Baraboo, WI
511 3rd Ave was purchased off an estate sale. Long since abondoned, everything inside and out looked very rough. Our strategy with this flip, was essentially just a face lift with a few modern amenities added like air conditioning, and a more modern bathroom.
