KMD Development is soon to break ground on an 8 unit row house on S Dewey Ave in Reedsburg. This creative concept will add a new variety of housing to the Reedsburg market. Comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, these units will feature tall ceilings, master bedroom lofts, and tuck under garages for a very industrial feel.
My Home Estates - Reedsburg, WI
Senior housing in Reedsburg has been an issue with residents for a long time. Based on the pent up demand, partnering with the City of Reedsburg - KMD Development is proud to announce My Home Estates. My Home Estates will include a 56-unit apartment building, and roughly 50 units for sale. With stunning views overlooking Nishan Park, this project is a retiree's dream.
Retzlaff Neighborhood Addition - Reedsburg, WI
In collaboration with the City of Reedsburg, KMD Development constructed 16 duplex units as part of the Retzlaff Neighborhood Expansion. Zero Lot Line, slab on grade units. We were able to deliver these for $239,900 per unit, and they were bought up fast.
